Enjoying some eggnog before decorating the Christmas tree

Snow!

Last night we put up our Christmas tree and tonight we will be putting on the
Christmas decorations! It has been snowing these last few days!
But the snow is not really sticking to the ground:(
I wish it would though.Here is a Bible verse what I really enjoy reading

Psalm 89:3
I will sing of the steadfast love of the LORD, forever;
with my mouth I will make known your faithfulness to
all generations. For I said, Steadfast love will be
built up forever; in the heavens you will establish your faithfulness."

December 1st

And we will be getting our Christmas tree soon!!!!
And we might put up some Christmas lights outside too!

Psalm 100:4

and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him;bless his name!
For the Lord is good.

~Elizabeth~

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.
I think I like it so much because it is a day to be grateful
and to be thankful for what God has done in my life.
And it is a day when we have family at our house
so it is VERY fun!

Psalm 96:1-6

Oh sing to LORD a new song;
sing to the LORD,all the earth!Sing to the LORD,
bless his name;tell of his salvation from day to day.
Declare his glory among the nations,his marvelous works
among all the people!For great is the LORD, and greatly
to be praised;he is to be feared above all gods.For all the gods
of the people are worthless idols,but the LORD made the
heavens.Splendor and majesty are before him;

Psalm 104:1-5

Bless the Lord,O my soul!
O Lord my God, you are "very great!
You are clothed with splendor and majesty,
covering yourself with light as with garment,
stretching out the heavens like a tent.
He lays the beams of his chambers on the waters;
he makes the clouds his chariot; he rides on the wings
of the wind; he makes his messengers wind;
his ministers a flaming fire.He set the earth on its foundations,
so that it should never be moved.

I love this verse!

Psalm 63:3-4

Beholding your power and glory.
Because your steadfast love is better
then life,my lips will praise you.
So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I
will lift up my hands.

I'm trying to put all my favorite Bible verses
on my blog.

Mattew 6:22-24

The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if
your eye is healthy,your whole body will be full of light,
but if your eye is bad,your whole body will be full of darkness.
If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!

"No one can serve two masters for either he will hate the one and love
the other,or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.
You cannot serve God and money.

~Horse Girl~

Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd;I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.He leads
me beside still waters.He restores my soul.
He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his
name's sake.Even though I walk through the valley of
shadows of death,I will fear no evil,for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Hello Friends
The trees are so pretty with there orange and yellow leaves. Don't you agree?
The trees are turning colors so fast!
What is your favorite thing about fall? Please leave your comment and tell me about it.
Well mine is the blue sky and the beautiful colorful trees and the orange
pumpkins people put on there porch, and jumping into leaf piles:)
I guess I like every thing about fall :)
A couple of days ago when I woke up from bed I looked outside in our back
yard and there was SO many leaves in the back you could barely see the grass.
I can't wait to jump in the very large pile! :)

Last Week

A few days ago I went to speech class.
My speech was on the different positions in soccer instead of on Roy Rogers.
I did really GOOD this time!!!

On Saturday I played my last soccer game of the season.
We had two games. But we did not win any of them :(
Actually we didn't win any of our games for the whole season :(
But I enjoyed it anyways! I am so sad soccer is over for this year.

Hey There Friend

I have a new nick name!!!!
You can call me Horse Girl.

October days!!

On Friday I went to speech class and said my speech.
When it was my turn I could not remember what I was supposed to say. It was dreadful! Now for speech class, next week, we have to write up our own speech. First I was going to write about Gypsy Vanner Horses but that didn't work too well. So then I thought I'd write about Roy Rogers and Trigger his horse. I'm so nervous!

Today I went for a bike ride with my older sister to Skelly's.
It was SO cold out when we left. And on the way back it was even colder!
My fingers were numb when I was riding home. And I could barely see.
But when I came into the nice warm house I finally thawed out. :)

Yesterday my mom made chocolate chip pumpkin muffins that are SO GOOD!
That's one thing I like about fall, is you make a lot of stuff with pumpkins in it.
Like pumpkin pie, or pumpkin cake, or pumpkin bread and so forth.

Don't have a Title

A couple of days ago I was playing around on the piano and I got a really
cool tune out of it. I finished it a few days ago. It sounds really REALLY cool!!!!!
I want to play it for the talent show next year. Only I don't have a name for it yet.
I wish all of you could hear what it sounds like.

On Friday I am going to give a tiny little speech for this speech class I'm in, with Lady Florimel,
but I truly don't know what I am going to say. I was thinking of Psalm 23. Does anyone have any suggestions? If you do please drop me a comment :)

Looking Forward

Hey there friends! If you're wondering what I am looking forward to, it is the square dance tomorrow night. I'll be dressed as a cowgirl, in my new cowgirl hat, button up shirt, and gun belt my sister lady Florimel made for me.

Just so all of you know, my name, on here on this blog will be cowgirl Lizzy.
You all have to comment lots, and lots! :) And I'll do my best on commenting on your blogs too. :)
