So on Friday night I went to the Winter Jam Concert with some friends! It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed! There were a lot of great artists that came! Here are a few pictures I captured through the chaos of the evening.
We saw...
Capital Kings!!!! They're pretty neat! I enjoyed them!
Then we saw one of my favorite bands...
OBB!!!!!!!!!!!
(they are not that famous, but I loveee them! They're great!)
Three brothers who were home schooled :) Cool!!!
Then...
...Jason Castro,
then...
Royal Taylor.
then we saw...
Newsong,
Jamie Grace!!!!!
Matthew West!!!
and...
TobeyMac!
And a few other bands we saw (that I didn't take many pictures of) were:
SidewalkProphets, and Red (which I dislike strongly). So it overall was a pretty sweet concert! Enjoyed it!
Have you seen any of these guys in concert? Or have you been to Winter Jam before?! Who is your favorite band?! Write me a comment. Make my week with showing you still read my boring blog posts ;)
That is so cool that you got to go to Winter Jam! I've wanted to go so badly! Hopefully next year. I love Jamie Grace!
ReplyDeleteI know! I've never been to the Winter Jam concert until then. It was pretty neat :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a lot of fun ( :
ReplyDeleteI have never seen any of these bands at a concert, but I've seen Newsboys, Rebecca St. James, Michal W. Smith, Stan Walker (which I don't really like) to name a few at a concert held near where we live.
My favourite bands would be Casting Crowns, Point of Grace and Third Day, most of my favourite musisions are single singers, at the moment I am really enjoying Sara Groves and Nicole Nordmen.
Btw - what dose OBB stand for? I have never heard of them. Are they your favourite band?
Love Lauren
Those are all good bands too! I like Sarah Grove too!
DeleteOBB stands for Oswald Brothers Band. Three amazing brothers who write awesome music with Christ at the center and were homeschooled :) one is still in high school homeschool I believe (the drummer)
P.m. And yes, they are my all time favorite band right now :)
DeleteWinter Jam sounds AWESOME!!! I saw TobyMac, Chris August and Jamie Grace this past fall and had a blast - TobyMac does Capital Kings remixes that I love, too. Sounds awesome, Lizzie!! Miss you lots!!!
ReplyDeleteOh that is neat you've seen Christ August in concert! yes, I agree! Winter Jam is a blast!!! Miss you too!
DeleteWow! Big mistake, I mean CHRIS August...

ReplyDeleteYes! I have heard of both of those bands! I love their music also! I know! I l.o.v.e music. It is such a part of me. I love worshiping my King through music. Such a way to praise Him...
