Hello fellow friends! Hope you are all well and enjoying the new year! 2012! Wow! Sorry it has been a bit since I've posted :) Been really busy! Before I start this post out telling about the new year I would like to thank all of you for your wonderful comments on my last post! You girls are too sweet! It has been so long since I have gotten SEVEN comments! You all made my week! And made the new year just a bit more special! :) I'm glad you all like my story and I am glad to tell you I have finished my story already! :D I planned to make it a very short story as it is :) There is 11 pages to be exact :)
Anyway, are you all excited about the new year?! Did you guys stay up until 12:00 AM? We actually did :) We spent the time in prayer and read Bible verses. It was really good. I think that is a perfect way to start out the new year. Praying and reading verses that glorify our Great and Awesome King.
So, what was 2011 like for you? Do you feel like you did a lot? No, I don't mean like you got all your shopping done or cleaned your room or something, I mean in your Spiritual walk with Christ? Like do you feel like you have grown a lot in your Spiritual Walk? Do you feel like God has been showing you a lot in 2011? Well, God has shown me a lot in 2011. He has shown me how important it is to reach out to people and share the love of Christ with them. To shine the light of Jesus where you go. My pastor said something really powerful thing morning. He said something like "Do you think people will remember you for decades after you have already gone home to Christ? Do you think people will remember you because what you've done? Or will they not even remember you for a year?" I don't know why but that go me! No, I don't mean I want people to remember me because I'm awesome (which I'm not :P) Anyway, I want to make a difference. I want to show people who Christ is! I want them not to remember me, but remember Christ in me. I want let my light shine!
I am excited to see what God has in store for my life in this year, 2012. What about you?

I feel like I learned a lot in 2011, but I am praying that I will learn even more in 2012.
