So today, like I said, it is raining. So I thought I would post about rain and how I adore rain boots (even if it's not raining I LOVE to wear my cute lil' gray rain boots!) and umbrellas! :)
Sometimes I kinda really like when it rains. Feels cozy in the house, you can hear the rain on the roof, and all the windows are wet with dripping water.

If you knew me well you would know that I'm a bit obsessed with rain boots ;) I don't know why, but I l.o.v.e rain boots! I could easily start collecting rain boots! I already have a gray pare (that I wear all.the.time). And I have one dark green "hunter's" rubber boots, (that I also love!).
But I really, really want a pare of bright red rain boots. Like ya know, the traditional red rain boots?! I think they are so adorable! So I'm saving up for one more pare of rain boots. Bright red. Then, I will be content :) Now, seriously, it's not a life and death situation that if I didn't get my red rain boots I would just die! No! I rather spend my money on useful things and use it on giving gifts to others. But you know, I can dream I guess, right?! So, I dream of getting a pare of red rain boots :)
Have you ever splashed around in puddles or played around in Spring rain?! If you haven't, you need to do both at least one time in your life :) It is so fun! haha, I know, I'm kinda lame ;) but come on! I delight in simple things! Like the smell of fresh flowers, catching snow flakes on my tongue, seeing the grass start to turn green in the Spring, running in big fields, listening and watching little birds fly around and perch themselves on branches in trees, splashing in puddles in the rain, ect...
All these simple but sweet things that I take delight in make me feel like a little innocent girl again.
A girl that use to run in the forests imagining she's on a big draft horse galloping through the country side.
A little girl who dreamed big dreams without letting people steal her joy away.
A little fearless girl who didn't have a care in the world what people thought of her as she sat at the top of a big trees with her siblings at her side.
A little girl who would lay in the big field of violets and not have the slightest care if there was little creeping spiders in the long grass.
Yep...those were the good old days of my childhood life...
Anyway, now that I just took you down a rambling memory lane, I think I shall end this post before you find this post is too long to read and decide to skip over my blog. lol.
Comment and feel free to make my day!!! God bless!
A Servant 4 Christ,
Lizzie
