If you read 1 John 4:7-21 you will find that in it the word "love" is said 28 times. (unless I counted wrong ;D) That is a lot of times to say love. But it's not about the love between a boyfriend/girlfriend idea. No. It's about loving one another because God first loved us. Read 1 John 4:7-21. Tell me what you think.1 Corinthians 13:3-8 says:
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on it's own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.
1 Corinthians 13 is a good verse to remember. I know I haven't full filled all those things, what about you? But I am trying my hardest to grow closer to God and love more like He loves. It's hard, especially when I have the enemy at my back, but it is worth it in the end...
I hope you all will have a wonderful day knowing that even if you don't have someone to bring you a dozen red roses and a box full of chocolates with a sweet special note that you would know God is the greatest lover of all. No boyfriend will ever give you the special love God is giving you. His love note is the best of all. The Bible. And just know He is writing your love story right now, don't jump ahead. But wait on the Lord knowing He has a perfect plan for your life. Be patient. He does have a plan. God bless!
