Autumn...

Summer is coming to a fast ending and the orange and yellow are silently coming in. The trees colors are turning from their green delight to their orange and yellow beauty. The weather is turning to fresh breath colding air and the skies turn their lovely autumn blue.

The ground is slowly covered with the dried leaves and as you go out to your mailbox the wind sings a soft whisper to you warning you of the cold weather that is on it's way...

In our homes we begin to pull out the Fall decorations and go around the house thinking about how this or that would look nice here or there.

Autumn...
Where God's beauty speaks in glorious color and wonder. Where birds fluff their feathers and get ready to fly north. Where squirrels jump around on the ground pulling together their winter dinners. Where rabbits create their soft cozy homes under ground for the winter.

Autumn...
Where I am thoughtful and awe stricken by how God works and how He creates such beauty and paints with such a different choice of colors on His huge canvas.

Autumn...
Where God continues to show me how faithful He is ALL through the year. Every season. And shows me how good He is and how He takes care of us with gentleness.

Autumn...
Where leaf piles are made and when you go for walks the cool wind makes your cheeks pink and rosy, where cozy sweatshirts are put on.

Autumn...
Where you just want to pour yourself a warm cup of tea and read a good book.

Autumn...
Where I just want to scoot out the piano bench from under the big piano and write dozens of new songs and spend all of my life writing music to praising my Beautiful God.

Where God is still the same and never changing...
