Patients...

Hello! I hope your day is a pleasant one! Today I started reading the book An Old Fashioned- Girl. By Louisa M. Alcott. Wow! I love it so far! Have you ever read it or heard of it? It's amazing how Polly is SOOOOO much like me!!! I have to admit I'm not as patient as her at all but am so much like her with so much else! Like she is very sensitive to rude things and has a heart for serving and doesn't care what people think of her. And that is exactly what I'm like! I don't like hanging around people I know aren't good and am very sensitive to things that are not good. Red flags arise in my mind and heart when people are not being good and I don't like when people are rude. I want to serve where ever I go like her and I don't care a bit what people think of me!!!! I don't care if I loose friendships because I love God and won't be quiet about my love for Christ. I've lost friendships over that but I truly don't care!!!!And Polly is so much like me in that way!!! But again I'm not as patient as she is. She is like an angel how patient she is. And I'm afraid I need to work on my patients. All of us have stuff we need to work on and that is one thing I need to work on.

I'm never going to be perfect with patients but I can try my best to be patient for Christ. For that will make me even a better Christian if I work on it.
I really like the author Louisa May Alcott because she writes about things that makes you think. Makes you check your actions. And I truly like that. I want to someday write good novels like that. The cool thing about Polly in this book is that she is 14 too. =) It's a book of her life I think though. Like it ends when she is like in her twenty's but where I am in the book she is 14 too =D
Even in age Polly is like me! lol. I know I'm funny right? =) haha!
