The Sweet Sound...

"I will also praise You with the harp for Your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praises to you with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel. My lips will shout for joy, when I sing praises to You; my soul also, which You have redeemed..." Psalm 71:22-23 (ESV)
There is something so special and sacred about worshiping Jesus Christ through music...And in every way, I want to be a part of that way to worship my King...
Music is good for the soul. Relaxing to stressed people. But when your music is in tune with Jesus, a step closer to Jesus, a fingerprint of God's working hand in your life there is something deeper and more special to music.
When Christ is a part of your music you compose, it is healing for a broken heart. Rest for weary soul. Peace for a reckless life. God can speak through anything. And when He can be apart of your music, He can do powerful and awe striking things...
That is why I write music. That is why I sing my songs. I am just God's servant. I am just the paper to God's pen. Without Him, it would be impossible for me to even think of trying to write music. But through Him who strengthens me, I can and am doing it.
There is nothing more precious than the special time I have with my Best Friend Jesus when I sit down at the piano. There is nothing I desire more than those special moments me and my King have as I worship Him through music and singing my heart out to Him.
That is why He called me to write music. To worship Him and glorify Him through the key tones of the piano and the sound of my voice. He also called me to write music to bind the broken hearted through writing music. He called me to write music so He can move through me and bring rest to the weary soul. To bring healing to a shattered heart. To draw people to Himself...
Without Him, it would be impossible. It is all His doing. Praise His name. Glorify Him for what He has done and will do!
"Oh sing to the LORD a new song, for He has done marvelous things! His Right hand and His Holy arm have worked salvation for Him..." Psalm 98:1

What is your calling in life? What has God called you to do in life? If He hasn't shown you what He would like to do with your life yet, don't be embarrassed. Don't feel ashamed. He will show you. You just have to keep your eyes and ears wide open. He will show you the beautiful plan He has for your life only if you keep your full focus on Him...He longs to move in you. Let Him work and move in you...He knows best...
Blessings to you.
